Susan Ramon AKA Louisiana Sue arrived in Sacramento in late 1980’s with a Crawfish in my mouth, Mardi Gras in my heart and Zydeco in my soul. I am dedicated to creating events sharing Louisiana culture with its food, fun and music for all ages!
I am originally from New Orleans, bringing the flavors of the south to the Sacramento area. I am devoted to keeping Zydeco, Cajun, New Orleans style jazz music alive with festivals, Mardi Gras, dances, parties and a taste of the most popular of southern foods attracting people from Reno to Los Angles to her Northern California Events.

I appear on local TV cooking shows highlighting authentic Louisiana Foods. I have tracked the Louisiana “red” crawfish from the rice fields of the Bayou Country to the rice fields of Northern California. I have brought the local media right to the rice fields of Northern California to the boiling pots of her festivals using Louisiana seasoning and people to cook'em up while teaching thousands how to “pinch tails and suck heads”
